Turkey Pickup Team (AKA Turkey Trotters)

Each November, we provide our customers with additional food for their Thanksgiving celebration and a turkey or ham.  We purchase turkeys each week in November from University City Kroger.  The Turkey Trotters is a strong group of volunteers that pick up the turkeys and take them to the food pantry.  This is a physical job, and a good excuse to skip the gym!  Having a pickup truck is a plus!
