The Blacksburg Postal Service has conducted a food drive for our benefit for several years. This year's food drive collection will be on Saturday May 9th. Last year's food drive was over three thousand pounds of food!
For those that are unfamiliar with the sorting and stocking process, we have to check the dates for each individual item before they are grouped together for stocking on the shelves. We have set up some times outside of our normal customer service schedule for sorting teams to work.
Are your willing to spare two hours or more to help? Our goal is to have most of the sorting completed before we begin serving customers on Monday.
